First MailingIncluded in this mailing will be a formal conference invitation from Secretary General, a registration information sheet, a list of deadlines, and a country matrix. Conference information will be sent to all schools. This information will also be posted on-line. All future mailings will be on-line on our website

Early School Registration DeadlineSchool that register by this date will pay $40 for school registration fee; all schools that register after this date will pay $50 for registration fee
November 15, 2007
Second MailingSchools that registered by October 30 will receive a copy of Adviser Guide and country assignments. Schools will be able to check their country/committee assignments online by logging onto their registration page. Topic synopses will be available for all committees.
February 1, 2008
Early Delegate Fee DeadlineDelegate fees postmarked by this date will be $40 per delegate; those sent in after this date will be $50 per delegate; all delegate fees will be paid in the form of personal/school checks and will be sent to BMUN via mail

Delegate Position Paper Early DeadlineDelegates must submit position papers postmarked by this date in order to be eligible for research awards

Third MailingRegistration final checklist, financial statements, Saturday night dance information will be available online
March 1, 2008
Final DeadlineDelegates must submit position papers postmarked by this date in order to be eligible for committee awards; Advisers must submit completed delegate rosters in order to ensure their delegates receive proper placards and credentials; Deadline to pay $50 per delegate for delegate fee; Deadline to submit delegate waiver forms; No additional school registration will be allowed after this date
